The Internet Age: Then internet changed everything. Realtors now start their day online, managing emails and social media. Clients use websites like Zillow for research. Social media, virtual tours, email marketing, SEO, and FB ads became essential. Realtors struggled to balance new tech demands with their day to day operations.

Now we’re getting into a new dimention.

The AI era: I call it the Alien era. We are building virtual robots to help us save more time and enrgy. In real estate, AI agents can handle routine tasks like lead nurturing, content creation, and market analysis. This could free realtors to focus on relationship-building and complex problem-solving matters.

It’s not you vs AI, It’s you vs the guy using AI. In 2023, 51% of realtors cited keeping up with technology as a major challenge. Don't be part of that statistic.
